Twitter application for iOS has been updated to support video and photos uploading option for the second generation iPad along with some minor bug fixes reported by users. During early days of its release, the application was known as ‘Tweetie’ and it was a paid application. However, later on, it was officially approved as ‘Twitter for iPhone’ from Apple for free. This application lets you follow, be followed, read your timeline, upload pics, videos, track the recent location, direct messages, retweet, tweet right from your iDevice.

2) Disabled significant location change monitoring that was causing compass to appear constantly when in app
